Hydro Galaxy is excited to offer Free Ground Shipping for qualifying items. The products that qualify for Free Ground Shipping will not be charged any shipping or handling fee to ship an item via Ground service. Ground service will be provided by any freight carrier of Hydro Galaxy choosing. Typical Ground shipping service may take 5- 10 business days for a delivery, though in many cases the delivery time may be within 2 - 4 business days of the order.

Any order that includes items that qualify for Free Ground Shipping along with others that do not, will only be charged Ground shipping and handling for those items that DO NOT qualify for Free Ground Shipping. Only Ground shipping will be offered for such orders. If you need to ship these products using other shipping options, do not combine qualifying and non-qualifying items into a single order.

All Orders must be shipped to a single address to qualify for Free Ground Shipping.

Free Ground Shipping is only applicable for deliveries to 48 continental states and is not applicable for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Canada.

There are NO HIDDEN FEES in our Free Ground Shipping. You will not be charged any other fees. Simply add the qualifying products to the cart. You will not be charged any thing but the price of the items. Applicable Sales Tax will be charged for deliveries to Illinois destinations.

Items being returned for exchange will be charged an additional shipping charge when items are reshipped. Free Ground Shipping Policy does not apply to returns or exchanges.

Special orders are not eligible for Free Ground Shipping.

Hydro Galaxy reserves the right to disqualify a product from being eligible for Free Ground Shipping at any time before the order is shipped, due to a typographical mistake in pricing, advertised weight or availability. If this occurs, you will be contacted to agree to a new shipping charge.
